The two boards meets my requirements, but are there any performance difference between them.

The P5LD2 is with Intel 945P/ICH7R chipset.
The P5B-E is with Intel 965P/ICH8R chipset.

I only want to OC to 333MHz FSB with a E6600, they should both be able to do so.

Any reason to chose the P5B-E over the P5LD2?

I currently have P5LD2, its a good enough board - got to 400 FSB.

The P5B-E has a wierd RAID issue, you can only use RAID with 1 internal and 1 external device.

The P5LD2 is cheaper, so go for that.

Thanks. I'll buy the P5LD2 then.

About the Raid. I should be able to use 4 drives in Raid 5 on the P5LD2, right?
I really want to do that so it would be a big problem for me with the P2B-E's Raid issue.
