Just got my Asus P5B motherboard for my E6300, and its giving me no end of grief.
Firstly, I can't OC past 325Mhz - when my lesser Asus P5LD2 got to 400Mhz easily.
Secondly, every time I turn my machine on - the DVD drive ejects - restart, same thing - no matter what, POST is making it eject.
Last, my temp readings seem to be crazy - its idling at 43c with an Arctic Freezer 7 Pro - tried to re-apply, same result - its exactly 10c higher than before, YET it only goes to 56c under full load - which is the same as on my other board.
