Asus P5G41T-M LX3 memory replacement / upgrade

I have a Asus P5G41T-M LX3 , with 2GB memory , I upgraded it to 4GB ram. I bought a 4GB Kingston DDR 1333 ram . But once I started the computer the computer wont boot, I mean there is no beeping sound from the start ! the computer is just on ,

Any solutions on this?

The memory is not compatible or it's DOA. Unfortunately you didn't provide a part number.
