Asus P5G41T-M LX3 new memory

I have a Asus P5G41T-M LX3 - I was trying to replace the memory from 2gb . I bought a kingston 4GB DDR3 1333 memory . After I replaced it , The computer wont even start . I mean the beeping sound when you start , didn't happen. What's the problem with this ? comparability or what ?
This my third try to replace / upgrade the memory card of this computer. Started with a Apotop 2GB , 1600 hz (it has no problem in starting , but BSOD occured)

Help please.

If you have the CPU has the FSB 1333MHz then it is compatible. If you have the CPU has less than 1333MHz then it maybe not, because the PC will become unstable when you OC the RAM to 1333MHz.
