ASUS P5GD1 ai N.O.S

Is the Asus Ai n.o.s (non delay oveclocking) a good thing
or should i go with manual overclock ?
everest reports 3% TO 5% O/C most of the time.

I put my 530 to 3.8GHz manually, no problem, that's a lot more than 5%!

Jeeesss 3.8 ok i will push it up manualy..
But what do you use for cooling ....i'm with the original intel fan... 🙁

I was using an OEM cooler, based on the reference design and using a Delta fan.

Overcloked manualy to 3.3ghz (could push it more but not useful for now and i fear a heat issue(even if i live in Quebec where it is some time -30c in febuary)

Tried the asus Ai n.o.s but it was reporting my mem as 2700 instead of 3200 when reaching 7% or more o/c.

mem 3200 and now reports as 3500 in everest.

i will buy better next time now that i know better from thg !
maybe something like TWIN2X1024-8000UL corsair but until that times comes i will buy a complete new rig....

My kids will get this one in the basment... : )
