ASUS P5LD2 DELUXE

Does this motherboard support core duo? Does the motherboard has to be rev 2 to support core duo? If the motherboard is not a rev 2, can the latest bios update allow the support for core duo? How can you determine between rev 2 board vs. the rev 1 board?

Have the same question with a P5LD2 SE, does it need rev 2.x? Any help is appreciated.

The P5LD2 Deluxe must be Rev.2 in order to support Conroe, I'm not sure about the SE version. I decided to purchase ASUS P5N32-SLI SE. That board will support Conroe.
