Asus P5LD2: No video on screen, Cant see BIOS

Hello, I have a P5LD2, P4 630 3.0ghz, 1G memory, eVGA GeForce 6800 256MB DDR3/PCI-E video,2 SATA hard drives.
Turn computer on and everything powers up, but no video on screen. Tried different video card, monitor, CPU & Fan. Still no video. I cannot even see the BIOS. Any Suggestions?

try different memory--memory faults can lead to no video
