Asus P5N E question

What is the ram-slot looking thing on the Asus P5E SLI board? It sits between two PCI x16 slots and is red.

ASUS EZ selector card connector (144-pin SLI_CON)

This connector is for the ASUS proprietary ASUS EX selector card that allows you to set the SLI mode to either Single Video Card or Dual Video Cards

You can find this stuff online, just like I did.
