ASUS P5N32-E.Any good?

Im building a gaming PC(Q6600/E6850,8800 GTS/2900XT,2GB RAM).I dont know alot about mobos and one of the few things I know is that I need a good chipset.I have heard good things about the 680i chipset.Currently I am not overclocking,but I might want to do it in the near future.What do you think about this mobo?

The chipset is optomized for an SLI setup. With one 8800GTS/2900XT, you can consider the Intel chipsets too.
