ASUS P5N32-E SLI PLUS vs. ASUS P5Q ?

hey guys .... i have a possibility to change my P5N32E SLI PLUS board with an ASUS P5Q board....
the reason i wanna do this is that i can't pass my Q6600 over 3.0GHz with my current board, and i was hopping to have a better OC with the P5Q. SLI really doesn't matter for me, just a good and stable board that can OC like hell.

do you think that it's a good trade? ( i can only trade for the P5Q)
