Asus p5q Pro with older PSU 20 pin ATX!!!!

Hi,
I have an older 480W PSU that has a 20 pin mobo connector but the Asus p5q pro takes a 24 pin connection. I have a 20 to 24 pin wire connector.

My question is: is this bad to use? and if not can I still OC my cpu with this connection?

can you list the model of the psu?

Its by some company called JustPC and the model is ATX-485-12V. Also says made by Channel Well technology. Its certified for Pentium 4 but that can mean a lot of things.
Just fyi I'm going to run an e8400 on this board in case that matters
