Hi all,
I have an Asus P6T Deluxe motherboard which has PCI-e x16 slots. I have a PCI-e x8 SAS Controller card (which will connect the PC to my Backup Tape drive) and would like to plug it into an x16 slot. This is known as up-plugging however I am new to this practice. I am aware of the speed limitations etc.
My question is simply - will it work?
Thanks
