ASUS P6T Deluxe or EVGA 132-BL-E758-A1

Which of these two motherboards would you prefer for overclocking and why? Also, with all the features which one is better?

I stopped buying Asus after a 6 month RMA battle with them over a motherboard.
I would hold an for a bit to see what other manufacturers come up with, I try to never buy new tech right at the start.
eVGA is much better at customer service something to think about with new tech like this.
I am interested in what DFI comes up with for Nehalem.
