i have an Asus P7H55-M LX Motherboard, and i;m using a MSI GTX 950 Gaming Edition.
The Problem is My Motherboard just Support DirectX 10 but my GPU Support DirectX 12.1, so can i playing Game(s) with DirectX 11 or 12 ?
it's confusing me, are the Motherboard have no effect to DirectX ?

and another problem is, My Motherboard just support until PCI-E 2.0, but my GPU using PCI-E 3.0. Is there any Major differences when i'm using my GPU for Gaming or Rendering ??

Solution
Your motherboard is limited to DirectX 10 only when using CPU graphics, but you use a discrete GPU that supports DirectX 12 as long as you installed Windows 10. PCI-E 2.0 and 3.0 provide identical performance with that GPU.
