That's a pretty solid PSU, and way more than needed for a i5-2400 and GTX 1050 Ti. With 456W available at the +12v rail, you could run a GTX 1060 or RX-580 before you'd max it out.

be able to power up GTX 1050ti and i5 2400?
I know it's weak and all but I already have it and I don't think 1050ti draws too much power
