Asus P8h61-M LX Plus forcing iGPU

As the titles says my mobo is forcing iGPU instead of defaulting to my r9 280. Ive tried a new bios update and that didnt do anything. When I try to change the setting in bios from iGPU to PCIE it always forces itself back to iGPU upon reboot. Ive confirmed the card works with another pc, and my r7 250e works no problem.

Under system agent configuration, make sure iGPU multi-monitor is set to disabled. Initiate graphic adapter should also be on PEG.

I've tried that already and there is no option for PEG/iGPU

I read that directly from your mothereboard manual, it should be in there.
