Hello,
i am actually struggling with some Mobo failure with this particular motherboard.
since 2 weeks i was investigating the reason why my GPU (1050) is not working anymore.
I was blaming PSU first as it is quite old computer and i thought it is a reason. So my friend took my GPU and into his PC and it was working just fine, in the same time he gave an old GPU nvidia card (i dont even know its name) and the symptoms were same.
GPU was running, fans were running but no output, and no device information in windows manager.
So at this point im sure it is some PCI-E failure, i have updated bios, checked all the mobo systems looking for anything which could be a cause of a problem and found nothing.
I have to say there were two incidents in the past of this motherboard that can be worth to say:
1st was about 2-3 years ago, when my cat pied on my computer just into the fan slot which end with a failure of my former card AMD 5690. I double checked a motherboard and it was untouched.
2nd was about year ago when i was rushing with some device to plug it in, the problem was i didn't had right USB cable so i decided to do one myself and with all the rush i plugged female to female connectr which couses an insta shotdown of the system and it was not responding for 24h.
After this the system was running just fine until last week when GPU slot just stopped working, any ideas?
p.s. Dont ask me how my cat did it, im still shocked
