I have MB Asus P8H61-M LX2 and using them for mining with 3GPU Sapphire Radeon RX580 8BG, but I want to add 1 more card with extender 1 to 4 pci-e, because I don't have more PCI-E slots. Do you thing that evrything will be good?

I would have concerns about your power supply.

I also think you have the wrong motherboard to be running two GPU yet alone 4.
