Given that it has a PCIe X16 slot, yes it is compatible. As to whether it's good or not, Asus mobos are generally reliable, given that you're getting an H61 chipset there is room for some level of overclocking as well. Though a higher chipset is always recommended for overclocking(so I've been told on numerous occasions) it's a fine mobo to go with. However it doesn only have two RAM slots so keep that in mind when plugging in Sticks, get the maximum amount of memory you feel you'll ever need before hand(you can take out one stick and put in another but you dont...

So all in all you're good to go. Also this one doesnt support SLI (only one PCIe x16 slot you see), so dont go buying this mobo thinking you'll sli later.
Thank you very much, but actually I'm not building a new pc I'm just upgrading my Gpu, you say I can overclock the Asus and EVGA gtx770 right?
Yeah, I meant you can choose to overclock your CPU with that H61 chipset, the B series chipset normally doesnt offer overclocking, and if it does then it sure doesnt offer mobo level protection support.
And you can always OC your gpu given that your PSU has sufficient power and your case is cool enough
Glad I could be of some help
