The -V is just for integrated graphics, otherwise they are pretty much the same.

Since you have a graphics card the IGP shouldn't be required.

Also, wondering have you bought the components yet? I'm not liking the look of your PSU...

No other options? I've had a lot of problems with ASUS gear, and the after sales and warranty service is some of the worst I've ever experienced. And having spoken to many others, this seems to be a general problem.

Have you considered some of the Intel equivalents?
