asus p8p67 deluxe booting problem

Hi i got this PC problem in advance many thanks for the help.

So like each year my pc would randomly shut down and tries to keep rebooting and failing. So when i opened it up and cleaned the inside it would work again.(weird but it worked).
So yesterday i got the same problem again and tried cleaning it but this time it didnt work.
So i thought faulty ram, i tried to reboot it with 1 stick a time and it still failed.
second thought was faulty psu but i tested that with the paperclip test and it worked.

So now the problem is the mobo but i cant figure out what it is. When i try to start the pc it reboots and then starts atm. but i get no screen and no power to my keyboard or mouse.

i hope my mobo isnt broke cause the warranty is already gone T.T

asus p8p67 deluxe
Intel i5 3.4ghz 2nd gen 3570k
kingston hyperx ram 4x 2gb
corshair cx750m
seagate 1tb sata hdd
Asus gtx 760 graphics card

Just so you know paperclip test only proves there is some power , doesn't mean it's 100% viable.

Could be the board or PSU , my old Z77 board died a few months ago.
