ASUS P8P67-M vs GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD3-B3

I have to decide on which motherboard to buy. I always used MSI and never had a problem but now I am using another provide and they don't have MSI mobos.

I found these two at a great price:

ASUS P8P67-M
GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD3-B3

I use the computer to work (a lot of web surfing and programming, I use several VMs opened at the same time). I also wants to play bf3 sometime, but I don't do any OCing.

Which motherboard would you pick? It will go with an i5 2500K with 16GB RAM.

I've heard a lot of bad things about gigabyte mobos, like restarting loop after a few months of use. That's why I am still not sure. I've used an ASUS motherboard for 4 years without a problem.

Do you think it will work well with these other parts?
