Question Asus P8p67 to P8z68 no display & no error beep

Hi guy I need help

I installed exactly the same parts from MB Asus p8p67 to p8z68-v Lx BUT no video - no error beep.
I reset the CMOS and took out the battery

Core i7-2600k
Corsair 8gb (2x4gb) or Patriot 16gb(2x8gb)
Gt7 710 2GD3 LP Or (XFX r7260x)
TR2 600W

Well, does the old motherboard still work? Is there another underlying reason you replaced the motherboard?

Yes it been 10years and still running like a champ. The original set up was
Core i7 2600k
Asus P8p67
Corsair 8gb(2x4gb) x2 = 16gb
upgraded in 13’
Samsung 840evo 250gb
XFX R7260X.

My friend gave me his MB p8z68 and Core i7 2600 part of his PC 2 months ago since he built the brand new one. A week ago I tested the MB & cpu with my other parts and it works fine. So I purchased the new ddr3 ram from Amazon. Since I planned to build another PC for my little sister base on what i have. And just purchase the new ddr3 Patriot (2x8gb) x2=32gb.
But now I don’t why no display or no error beep. I swapped every single parts between them. Still have the same results. There must be something wrong with the P8Z68 but the cpu, gpu & green led light still working when i turn on the power. But if it was the Pc-iex16 how come the msi gpu’s fan still spinning. And no DRAM_LED
