Asus P8p67LE crashing

Even in bare min setup, while sitting in bios the computer will restart. I have tried new video card, different RAM, and new psu. Any ideas?

I guess it's a heating issue. Try reinstalling the CPU cooler. Clean the old thermal paste and reapply new one. Make sure that the cooler is properly installed.
