Hello. I read this forum from many years and learned a lot and now is the 1st time when I type here because I face a problem which I cant fix and couldnt find a fix for.
The problem is with the motherboard which a recently got 'P8Z68 DELUXE/GEN3' and its impossibility to OC atm by unknown to me reasons.
What I meant is that everytime when I try to boost my PC performance it fails to boot and does the so called 'cold boot' problem with the infinity cycle of boot/restart.
This happen when I enable XMP profile, when I set ASUS mode to 'performance' from the UEFI bios, when I try to set manual DRAM timings and voltage, when I enable TPU from the mobo switch, when I use TurboV and basicly this happen always when there is any OC involved.
What I get during the boot/reset cycle is red light constanly on my memory led above MemOK button and the display show error 59 code which according to the manual mean 'CPU micro-code is not found or micro-code update is failed'.
To get rid of this boot/reset process I either hold down MemOK button and if this dont help I reset the CMOS which seems to fix it always.
After the reset of CMOS I get a warning 'Overclock failed!' then I boot with F1 to UEFI and must save changes in order to load the windows.
Also when I try to OC my CPU when I set 'Ai Overclock Tuner' to 'Manual' option to set PLL Voltage or Turbo Ratio are nowhere to be found too.
For the record I notice all of those things because I wanted to make my memory to run at 1600mhz not at the default 1333mhz and after I tried everything possible I found all of those problems which are connected.

My spec are:
CPU - i7-2600K
Cooler - CM Hyper 212 Evo
Motherboard - ASUS P8Z68 DELUXE/GEN3
Memory - Corsair Vengeance 16gb (CML16GX3M2A1600C9)
Storage - Samsung 850 Pro 256gb and Western Digital Cavier Black 2TB
GPU - Sapphire R9 290 Tri-x OC
Case - CM HAF-X
PSU - Corsair AX1200i
OS - Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

Note: My CPU is not OC at the moment, I know that the max supported memory (officialy) by sandy bridge is 1333mhz but it can run with 1600mhz like a boss, motherboard is with latest bios version 3603, memory passed memtest86 test but got stuck on memtest86+ v6 at 91% hammering test and my windows is freshly reinstalled with basicly only it and drivers on my SSD/HDD at the moment.

P.S. Sorry about the wall of text but I wanted to be max. detailed on my problem thanks for reading.

Then again, how did you concluded to be a corrupted BIOS and how did you fix it?

I am currently having issues with my P8Z68 Deluxe/GEN3, it is no longer detecting my 4x4gb corsair vengeance 1333 memory, it only detects 8GB.
On top of that there seems to be erratic bios behavior, related to cold boot, and some other crazy little things...
