Asus P8Z68-M-PRO Intel Mainboard - LGA 1155 Mother board for OC

Hello everyone,
I just ask a question about overclocking. The motherboard Asus P8Z68-M-PRO Intel Mainboard - LGA 1155

can perform OC well with bus of RAM (1333, 1600,...) or just perform the bus 1866 forward because I need to choose a good RAM for my new build computer i5 2500K? I didn't understand clearly the term (O.C) as the quote as below:

You can use 1333 just fine and OC your cpu. Most mobos allow you to use higher settings for your RAM as well. There isn't much gained after 1600 though.

So yeah you can OC with 1333 and 1600 RAM.

The mobo I cannot vouch for, but I have heard good things about Gigabyte boards in general.
