Asus P8Z68-V or Maximus IV Gene-Z

I am making a new build and I was a little bit confused on which one should I buy?

These are my specs :

i5-2500K
Storm Enforcer case
8GB G.Skill Ripjaws 1600MHz RAM
1TB Hard Drive
750W Power Supply
6970 Graphics Card
750W Power Supply
Hyper 212 Plus Cooler


I will overclock. I am going to buy most of the parts from memoryexpress. The maximus IV Gene-Z would cost be about $14 more since I will have to order it from newegg as it is not available at memoryexpress. Could you please tell me which one should I buy looking at the features.

The Maximus IV Gene anyday.....
Although it may miss a PCIe slot or so, but if that ain't required then the M4G is the way to go as it's a proven platform to OC on....
