Hey guys this is my first real powerful system I have put together. I have an odd problem though, Let me list my basic parts first.
Asus P8z68-V Pro
XFX 850 Limited Editon Single Rail PSU
Intel 2500k
Hyper 212 Plus CPU Cooler
16gb Corsair Vengeance 1.5V 1600 MHZ Ram
Basically what happens is when I turn on my pc, it immediately shuts off after all the fans and lights spin up for half a second, sits there for 3 seconds, then decides to turn back on and boot up to windows. If I try to remedy the situation through the bios and click save changes and reboot, after it leaves the bios it shuts off for 4 seconds then turns on again and starts running?
I believe it has something to do with my overclock settings as I have not manually set my CPU voltage as its left on auto.
My settings look something like this,

When I was running the bios version of 0706 it would only cause this problem if I internally set the CPU to 4500 MHZ in the bios, so I decided to leave it at 4400 and set it to 4500 via profile with AI Suite II and get the 4500 results stable 24 hour with prime 95. After I updated to bios 1101 it turns itself off after cold boots and even after restarts it shuts off and back on?
Is this causing damage to my pc? Do I have a setting wrong?
