Asus P8Z68-v pro gen3 and maximum memory

Hello community! My first post here. Just want to say I always read Tom's some super great information here I built most of my system based on the reviews I got here.

I have 2 questions regarding my motherboard and my memory.

I currently have Corsair Vengeance 16GB kit low profile. My CPU fan is a Noctua NH-D14 so I know I need a low profile kit.

Question 1) Does Corsair (or any other memory like G.Skill or another) make 32GB (4x8GB) Low profile memory?

Question 2) My motherboard supports 32GB of memory, if I got 32GB of memory but have 2GB video memory would my board account my video memory as part of the whole memory set? Meaning would only 30 of the 32GB be used and it would see the 2GB from the GFX card as part of the 32?

Sorry for the delayed response.
So I checked out these memory modules.
I have a Noctua NH-D14 CPU fan so I need low profile memory.
I was looking at the G Skill but I don't know if it will fit it looks like the Corsair memory (standard profile)
Also my mobo is an asus z68 vpro gen3 so I don't think it takes quad channel memory. What is the difference between quad and dual? Would I see a difference?
32GB is a little expensive so I don't want to buy the wrong one.
