Asus p8z68-v won't boot no bios

When it first starts up I get a DRAM led, which goes to the VGA led then to the boot device led..it kinda cycles through..also the power button on the motherboard is always red..my specs are (fresh build)
Antec 900 wat
I5 2500k
Nvidia gtx 560 ti 448 cores Evga FTW edition
x2 4gb corsair memory ddr3
Cooler master haf 922
Cooler master hyper n520
Asus p8z68-v
So I want to know my options.. It was a pre opened box, but certified by frys.. I assembled it all and the screen stays black with no bios beeps..
Please respond ASAP I need to get it returned very soon if something is wrong...

Just pluged into my pc into tv via hdmi and it worked.. I'm in bios..but the hdmi is hooked up via my graphics card... My motherboard bad???

TBH, when the power button on the front is red, usually that is a bad sign.

I would think about returning it.

You say that you can get it to work and boot correctly if you plug it into a TV?

What is the main problem you are having right now?
