Asus P8z77-I Deluxe Chassis Intrude error

Hey everyone, quick question to hopeful fix my issue; I have an Asus P8Z77-I Deluxe mobo. I recently got a new GPU and installed it. I had no problems what so ever until after I installed it. Now upon turning my PC on I get a "Chassis intrude! Please check your system. Fatal Error.. System Halted" message. From there I can't do anything, not even enter bios.

I've tried a few different things. I made sure the jumper is still attached to the chassis sensor pins, and it's still there. Same one the mobo came with. I've even shut all power off to my PC, unplugged it, and removed the on board battery (forget what it's actually called, but the large watch battery) and left that out for several minutes to reset the CMOS. That's also the only way I can get to the bios screen. Searching through the bios screen I'm not finding a way to shut off the intrusion error messages. It will boot up correctly that time, but once I restart my PC the error returns.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
