Asus P8Z77-V EPU & TPU Switches?

Hello. I'm getting this motherboard Wednesday and I plan to OC the i5-3570k to 4.2Ghz, I was wondering if I needed to switch on the EPU or TPU switch? According to a video I saw on YouTube the TPU helps with overclocking but I wanted to make sure.

the TPU is an auto overclock utility, stay away from em 😛

just overclock it manually, no utility can touch that

Ok. Should I OC in the OS with Asus' programs or shall I do it in the bios?

it's always best to go in the bios
