So as the title states, I am unable to get a post screen and cant enter the bios on this motherboard. I just swapped out the memory for 16 gigs of G.Skill and I have a feeling that is part of it, but..windows runs just fine. I'm writing this post from the problem computer.

Windows sees 16 gigs of ram. Im trying to run memtest 86+ but i cant get the bios screen to boot from my thumb drive.

Ive removed the cmos battery for 5 minutes and replaced it, no change. Removed power cable with cmos battery as well.

What am i missing here?

This is a new problem that just started happening when i received my memory back from RMA. My bios is updated to the latest as well as my chipset drivers.

It sounds like your BIOS screen is going by too fast during boot for you to see it. Tapping the delete key when rebooting should bring you to the BIOS screen but if it is going by too fast then change your boot speed at msconfig/boot/advanced. On the middle right side is a spot for setting the time before the OS loads with the default being 30. If yours shows anything else then change it to 5, 10, 15, etc until you are able to access the BIOS screen during boot/reboot.
