ASUS P8Z77-V LX, Solid Red Light, but Everything Works

Hello,

I keep seeing this red light every time I turn on my computer and I thought it meant nothing. Now, from what I've read, it is something I should investigate. I can't pinpoint the location of the light cuz I'm at work (nothing to do. Caught up with all work. Can't take the day off, though), but on the board, it is right next to the GPU Boost switch (I could be wrong, maybe the light next to the RAM Slots). I just need suggestions right now on how to get rid of it. I'll try the suggestions once I get home.

The strangest thing about this red light is that everything still works. I've played games on it with the red light on. System works completely fine. I don't know why the red light is there at all.

Also, if you don't know what motherboard I have, it's in the title. Just in case you didn't know.

Any help or suggestion is appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Hi, It might be the GPU Boost led which stays on if the switch is set to enable.

Ok. My processor is an i7-3770k. I'm guessing I will benefit more if I turn it off???

EDIT: Also, if the processor benefits more when it is turned off, that might explain why my CPU is bottlenecking my GPU. Is that so?
