Asus p8z77-v not detecting networks

After moving my desktop to college it has stopped being able to detect networks. The card is detected by the computer, and shows up in ipconfig. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers and no luck so far. I've also hosted my own test wireless networks to make sure it wasn't just schools wifi.
There is no damage to the computer after transport.
And yes i know Ethernet is better, but i wanted to host my own wireless from the Ethernet.

What wireless card do you have? that board does not have on-board wireless.
