Asus P8z77v-lx MemOK! led red, 2 beeps, no video display

Hello everyone, I built my own computer a few days ago and i can't get any video display on my monitor. When i start the computer, all the fans are spinning, but upon startup, the MemOK! led is red for about a second then it goes away. I also get 2 beeps and no video display on my monitor so i can't get into the bios. PLEASE HELP
