Asus P9X79 PRO SLI Configuration

I have two GTX570s that I'd like to put in SLI. However, if I use the recommended blue slots for SLI, then I will no longer be able to use the little PCI slot for my wireless card. Besides the airflow, is there any benefit to the "blue" slots? Can I just put the 2nd GTX 570 in a white slot and keep my wireless card?

It will just come down to which slots are wired for 16x. You can use one of the white slots for your wireless card if you wish. An X1 card will work in an X16 slot. That way you get to run the GPUs in the blue slots, while being able to keep your wireless card.
