I managed to get the tiniest amount of water into my system and it turned off instantly. After letting the machine dry for a day, I turned it back on and now am only getting Q-Code 00. Do I have a hosed processor, motherboard, or is there some kind of circuit protection feature I need to reset. Any advice would be fantastic before I need to throw money after my mistake.

Solution
Q-Code 00 means the BIOS did not detect a processor. More than that, I can't help you.

You can try and remove the processor from the socket, visually inspect it for damaged/discolored pins, but how will you check the on-board VRMs and other sensitive components? You will have to swap with "known good" components to approximate a cause of your problem.
