Asus P9X79Pro will only boot from UEFI Bios

Unable to install Windows 7 in Asus P9X79PRO when install dialogue box appeared, my mouse and keyboard is not functioning nor Alt N to activate NEXT option. Please help.

Does your mouse and keyboard work to get you into BIOS setup? Which mouse/keyboard are you using? Is this a new build?
