Question ASUS PCE-56 Suddenly stopped working

I am no longer able to use my wifi adapter. It does not display any networks, from my router or neighboring units.

Had issues where it wouldnt start right on boot but i fixed by changing its power settings. Now it just randomly gave out. Not sure if its just dead or not. Any thoughts?

I am on an ASRock X570 gaming 4 mobo with a AMD ryzen 7 2700x processor, 16gb corsair ram

One thing i just noticed is that it is saying i have an "unknown" PCI device but it also recognizes the card as a broadcom chip.

Ok update, It is currently working I just compeltely got rid of the asus drivers and it seems to be ok now? I will update again when it breaks, which it will
