So I have purchased a new PCE-AC56 an I have installed it correctly, as Windows detects it. However, after browsing the Internet for few minutes, Internet begins to slow down until it stops working and I have to reboot my router to do it work again.
Could somebody help me?
I've tried all combinations of drivers (those that come with W10, those that come in the CD, etc) and reinstalled them a lot of times, I have looked for viruses and malware, I also went through the configuration of my router to see all is working properly (and, my other computer, a laptop, works properly, so maybe it's not the router's fault although it works for a few minutes after I restart it).
Thanks for your attention
My OS is Windows 10 64 Bits

Solution
at this point, i don't know what else could be the problem.
maybe you should just ask the guy who sold it to you? maybe it's a dead card?

I expect 30 mbps, and I get 0 after a few minutes browsing (Mozilla or Microsoft Edge can't load a web page although Windows shows that I am connected).
No, I can't connect the pc through ethernet, and yes, I get the drivers from asus.
Thanks!

I can't connect through the ethernet because I can't make an ethernet cable run through the wall of my room (router is in the next room).
I always had windows 10 in this new computer, I did not update to it. Before, I had an old PCE and I needed to buy a new one, which is the AC56 which does not work. I reinstalled windows, if this helps you.

just for troubleshooting purposes, bring to cpu closer to the router. this is merely to rule out problems with the pc itself.
also, maybe you need to try to downgrade, as i've seen a few issues myself when i moved to windows 10.

I can't bring my computer closer to the router, I'm sorry, but my signal strengh is the best. I can not downgrade, my I bought W10 with my computer. And, I've read comments of other users that have w10 in the web where I bought it, and it works perfectly for them.

No, and the matter is not that my Internet is slow or something, the issue is that I am unable to browse the Internet after few minutes. Then, I reboot my router, and I am able to surf again for a few minutes until it stops.

Yes, everything is normal. The only issue is that after few minutes of browsing, sometimes seconds, I am unable to continue browsing although windows says I'm connected.

No, but I solved it without purpose, and I don't know how to mark it again as unsolved.
I just updated all of my computers drivers and all are updated and working fine.

Thank you for your help, really. Tomorrow I am going to buy a new one, the TP-Link Archer T8e, I hope this NIC works this time.
Thanks!!
