ASUS PCE-AC68 WLAN control center: How change frequency band from 2.4Ghz to 5Ghz

How do I change the frequency band from 2.4Ghz to 5Ghz on my computer. I have the ASUS PCE-AC68 (Link: https://www.asus.com/no/Networking/PCEAC68/), and i cant find anything in the WLAN control center. Anybody have experience with the ASUS control center and can give me instructions for how to do it?

And while we are on the case, I cant find where to change the channel either. Help with that would be appreciated as well

These settings are all on your router, not your computer.

You should have a different SSID for 2.4 vs 5Ghz. Which one you connect to determines which frequency you use.

The channel settings are usually under advanced wireless settings (on the router also)
