The ASUS screen is a 165Hz, 8-bit screen and has a 4ms GTG (grey to grey) timing. The AORUS screen is 144Hz, has a 10-bit (8-bit + FRC). The difference is that the ASUS screen is G-Sync and the AORUS screen is Freesync. In this case it shouldn't matter, I'm pretty sure (don't take my word for it) that the AORUS screen will be supported by G-Sync.
On paper the AORUS screen seems better, although it has a 144Hz screen instead of the ASUS' 165Hz. (which is probably an overclocked 144Hz panel)
