asus Phoebus problems

Hey guys im having problems with my asus phoebus . I am only getting sound through one headphone tried in the setting for hours reinstalled the drivers older and new still no luck. Even tried formatting windows but still same problem . Headphones perfect on my onboard audio so im kinds stuck. Any ideas?Cheers

Need to check with ASUS website support and review if there is a FAQ on this would be the first solution. Considering your onboard works perfectly fine with the headphones, the headphones work. You redid drivers for phoenus, no good. REINSTALLED Windows, same results onboard fine phoebus fail. So the card may be RMA or there is a specific procedure to do, hence the FAQ might help. Lastly contact ASUS support, would be the final solution for assistance.
