So, everytime I play CS or rocket league my PC just restarts and I get the error that a power surge was detected, I've been trying to fix this problem for months now to the point I just gave up on trying, I don't know whether it is a faulty PSU or something else, so I thought I'd ask if any of you know any possible solutions
SPECS:
I7 7700k
Rx 5700xt
NX 750W
ASUS H170 Pro Gaming

Not doubting you obviously, but would you say it's safe to spend money on a new PSU? Thats my biggest fear, to just throw money down the drain

It's not money down the drain; you ought to replace the PSU whether or not it is what's causing your problem. Your biggest worry should be investing in an i7 and a 5700xt while not providing it safe, clean power proportional with your investment. Nox and Tacens sell a lot of sorta-junk, especially in Spain.

Portuguese here, but the PC market is pretty much the same to be honest, what PSU would you recommend me for the build?

If it doesn't what would be your next suggestion? Maybe faulty mobo?

Possibly. The next thing I'd do in that case is to try removing the GPU and run everything on the integrated GPU for testing. The more things you can eliminate, the fewer things it can be. Think of a troubleshooting challenge like a list of components and crossing out the things verified to work with a red marker.

Right, I actually just switched the gpu 3 months ago, and I had the issue before as well, so I believe I can cross that, same with CPU
