Question Asus prime 270z question

So I recently got a new keyboard and the lights stay on when I turn off my PC. I know there's supposed to be a setting in bios to turn it off but I just can't find it. Can anyone help me out please??

Turn off usb charging and power on by usb if those settings are there.
