So I have a white led in in my mobo which means there is a vga error. I have done everything I could think of to fix it and it stays lit no matter what. Even when I remove my gpu, there still seems to be a vga error. Monitor has no signal to mobo or gpu either. I have checked all cords, reseated everything, and is currently out of my case. Running out of options

Psu is 750 watts so I doubt that. I’m getting the same situation when gpu is out so I doubt it is that too. I’ve tried all pcie slots and pins do not look to be bent.

I’m starting to think it’s because I am using an hdmi cord and I do not have the drivers for hdmi yet. I cant test this though because I do not have a vga or dvi cord.

You don't need drivers to get into the BIOS with a HDMI cable.
Is the M.2 disk connected to M.2 port 1?

Try to clear CMOS and just keep the minimum components require to access the BIOS.
CPU and one RAM module on slot A2
If you are able to get into the BIOS then you could try the GPU and then the other RAM module on slot B2
