[SOLVED] Asus Prime-A Z390 can't find Display Initialize

I tried searching for this before posting.

When I start my PC, my display doesn't turn on till after the post screen, when it logs into windows.

I tried looking in the uefi/bios for the display initialization setting to set it to PCI but I cannot find it. Does anyone know where I can find it?

Try turning off fast boot see if that clears up the problem.

Yeah that fast boot causes so many problems they should get rid of it.
