Question ASUS Prime B350 M-A orange light

I just built this PC and after I install everything and try to turn it on, there is only a orange/amber light on the motherboard on, pressing the power button, resetting the CMOS battery doesn't seem to help.
compenents:
Ryzen 5 1600
Crucial BallistiX 3200mHz RAM GB*2
MSI RTX2070
1 SSD
3 HDD
Corsair CS650M power supply

when i press the power button, the case fan spun for a split second and stopped. And the motherboard emits a orange/ amber light. Doesn't seem to find any cases/ instructions on this on the forum and ASUS website

It happened to me with the same mobo...
My error was that the cpu power cable was the bad one
i went to my psu's manual and found the cpu cable to plug(4+4 pins) that ressembled the same as the one before but then came to life when plugged

dont know how, but when i remove the drive bay, it powered up (finally). guess i untangled some wires on the way
Anyway, works now! waiting for Windows to make a boot usb
