Hi there can someone tell me please what does these diods that keep blinking orange indicate? (i know it means the POST failed) but which is responsible for which component ? RAM/CPU/PS...?

PS: VP-550 Aerocool
RAM: corsair vengeance lpx ddr4 -16gb (one)
CPU: 5i-4600F lga 1151v2
HDD: WD blue 1 TB 2012 (tried to run the system without it)
SSD: Palit - 120GB (windows here)
OS: Windows 7 (old but gold)
GC: geforce GTX 1050ti MSI 4gb (old and no gold tried to run the system without it

and i didn't install any drivers for the motherboard can it be the issue? should the bios run indifferently?

heh i wish, manual don't mention any diods excpet for LAN port
